Trying to balance a portfolio website with deeper photo essays is a tricky thing. Many believe that showing just your best photographs is the way to go “leave them wanting more” on the other hand diving deeper into a subject is rewarding as well. So…. I’ve decided to add a section to my website that will be for showing off some of my projects that deserve more images and a deeper exploration. At this point I’ve added Oyster Restoration in the Great Bay of New Hampshire and the ISE or Ice Storm Experiment at Hubbard Brook Research Center. To see the photo essays head over to my portfolio site (click on the link above) or go direct to the photo essay page here. I hope that the added depth will both show off a bit more of my work but also give you a better understanding of the subjects, stories and adventures I get to take part of.
For more information on the oyster restoration program in the Great Bay check out The Nature Conservancy’s page here
The second photo essay is the Ice storm experiment at Hubbard Brook Research Center and more information can be found here.
